  • DSP Trainer

    Salicon Nano Technology

Digital Signal Processing is a technique that converts signals from real world sources (usually in analog form) into digital data that can then be analyzed. Analysis is performed in digital form because once a signal has been reduced to numbers; its components can be isolated, analyzed and rearranged more easily than in analog form. Digital Signal Processing (DSP) applications are becoming more prevalent in everyday use. Because of this widespread usage and advances in computer technology, the DSP algorithms themselves are being subjected to more demanding specifications. There is a constant need for designing systems with lower power, higher speed and less space and to achieve this we are developing new algorithms, techniques.

NTS conducts wireless RF regulatory testing as well as RF immunity testing under its EMC/EMI capabilities. Also, we are capable of RF data record/playback in our RFR series of systems designed to support RF testing in applications where the source signal is not readily available in the lab where units must be tested.

  • YIG Filters

    Teledyne RF & Microwave

With a 30 year heritage developing leading YIG technologies, Teledyne RF & Microwave has unsurpassed capabilities as your single source for YIG filters. Teledyne has a large, self-contained YIG manufacturing and R&D infrastructure that ensures continuous YIG innovations, including the industry’s only YIG filter that “locks” to a desired signal.

  • Telecom Test Systems

4301 Series - AE Techron, Inc.

The 4301 is designed to work with a standard arbitrary wave form generator or signal source that can be triggered. The system can be ordered with an optional Fluke 281 arbitrary waveform generator, which comes pre-programmed and integrated into the 4301 system. When equipped with the Fluke 281 option, the 4301 provides a complete solution for GR-1089 Section 10/ATIS-0600315.2007 testing.

  • Isolated Digital Expansion Board

MSXB 078 - Microstar Laboratories, Inc.

The Microstar Laboratories Isolated Digital Expansion Board, part number MSXB 078, provides isolated digital expansion for Data Acquisition Processor (DAP) systems. Use these boards to eliminate ground currents – a potential source of noise in your measurement and control signals – and eliminate timing errors from high-channel count digital I/O.

  • Microwave Downconverter, 3 GHz to 26.5 or 110 GHz

    E5053A - Keysight Technologies

The E5053A microwave downconverter is designed to operate with the E5052A/B signal source analyzer (SSA). When configured with the E5053A microwave downconverter, the E5052A/B SSA offers exceptional phase noise sensitivity up to 26.5 GHz. Additionally, combining a pair of 11970 series harmonic mixers offers the phase noise measurement up to 110 GHz.

  • RF Signal Generators

    Salicon Nano Technology

As Rigol's RF first signal source, the DSG3000 series offers standard AM/FM/ØM analog modulation, as well as options for I/Q modulation and I/Q baseband output. The instrument is available with maximum frequencies of either 3 GHz or 6 GHz. Featuring a high signal purity with phase noise measuring <-110dBc/Hz@20kHz (typical) and a wide output range of -130dBm to +13dBm, the DSG3000 RF signal generator has standard pulse modulation with an on/off ratio of up to 80dB, with optional pulse train generator available. The DSG3000 series also has an amplitude accuracy of <0.5dB (typical).

  • AC Calibration Standard

    1U647-001 - Sigma Tek, Inc.

The 1U647-001 is a low cost calibration standard used to determine if a 1U632-100 or a 1U663-100 DMU requires factory calibration. Its portability makes it ideal for field-testing. The standard generates signals that simulate the aircraft’s resolvers, rotary variable transformers (RVTs), and linear variable displacement transformers (LVDTs). The unit also generates a pulse width modulated (PWM) signal, and routes the output of an ARINC 429 source to the different DMU input channels. The calibration standard connects directly to the DMU and replaces the output signals of an active extender card. Discrete switch settings simplify testing. The unit is housed in a rugged aluminum case.

  • Diode Lasers

6-Watt Blue Engraving Laser - Advanced Photonic Sciences LLC

Can be used in laser engraving, marking, and cutting applications. Process wood, plastics, metals, anodized aluminum, stone, tile, and other materials. The adjustable spot can be adapted to the needed distance from laser to the material. The spot, with a size of <100 μm, creates very fine engravings and sharp cutting edges. The built-in driver accepts TTL and analog signals for power adjustments. The laser can be controlled between 0% and 100% of output power.  It comes preset and needs only a power supply and a signal source.
